Characters
I havent really thought about my characters very much but i would like them in the same style as the mediacityuk video.
i will draw them in my sketchbook and then bring them onto the computer and then turn them into vectors. but is that still illustration? i think yes :)
Research - I added a page called daily doodle on facebook a few months back and recently saw some images which i really liked. What i want to try create in my design is a cartoony feel with black and white images. Using colour might come into my design in the future. i did have the idea of using posted notes in my design as i am trying to follow the video on mediacityuk's website.
Overlapping images is really effective and kinda reminds me of photomontage.
I would like to take this idea/style into my own designs.
